[ Zombie Square ]

The first thing most people noticed were that communications were down. TVs stopped. No internet. Cellphones wouldn't work. The only people you could contact were people in the same part of the city as you - the downtown area of this Canadian metropolis.
In the city section full of colleges and busy restaurants and office buildings, it was far too quiet. People seemed to be missing.
Then, people would notice the creatures. Limping through the streets, waiting for you to make a noise. Waiting to find out where they are so they can attack. They looks just like everyone else, except many are affixed with grotesque bite wounds, and they can't seem to walk straight. You could mistake them for drunkards - but, during the middle of the day? Unlikely. These things aren't human.

You can start anywhere, but the main gathering place is going to be the library at a fairly small university. The librarian is absent, and there are fewer students there than usual. There is no internet and it is very quiet. The library is on the second floor, and you'd have to be right up to the window to see the ground.
Forms aren't required, but feel free to use one. At least list your characters. Feel free to add characters as you go along without the descriptors, this is to just kinda start us off.

My Chars
Jetta Tae } A graduate of the university who returned immediately as an assistant for more than one professor. While she is older than a large amount of students, this small Korean girl looks about their age. She has bobbed dark hair.
Clark Hudson } A student at the university. A high GPA and a natural-born leader, Clark wishes people could take him a little more seriously. Tall but not very handsome, he's not very popular, and spends most of his time studying.
Naomi Mandukhai } A young lady with pretty bad luck and a worse attitude, she's hanging around the area being bitter about something. She knows a few people around the university but never managed to get in. Wearing too many layers.
