Valerie:
13 years old, long straight sky blue hair, ocean blue eyes
So
Enjoy the story I guess XDD

Chapter One
Evelyn looked over the railing of the ferry as MeleMele island came into view. Her Rotom hovered next to her, now fully recovered from the little... Mishap. That happened in Jhoto.
Valerie walked over to Evelyn, and put a hand on her shoulder, smiling
"Welcome to Alola."
"It's gorgeous." Evelyn breathed, looking at the scene before her. Rotom nodded in agreement.
As the ferry came closer to the island, lush grassy hillsides and beautiful beaches came into view.
"Definitely an improvement from Jhoto." Rotom said, resting on Evelyn's shoulder. "Everyone looks happy, everything is clean and beautiful, and best of all, no rampaging legendary birds destroying the place."
Valerie giggled.
"This is only one of the four Islands of Alola."
"Four islands?" Evelyn asked, confused.
Valerie nodded, looking ahead at the island.
"That one is MeleMele island. The other three, are Akala, Ula'Ula, and Poni. Each island has a guardian deity."
"So those four islands make up the Alola region?" Rotom queried.
"Mhm." Valerie answered. "We have to take boats to get from island to island."
"Wow." Evelyn murmured, looking at the crystal clear water. "And you didn't lie when you said there was lots of water."
Valerie just laughed.
"Lots is an understatement!"
Evelyn and Rotom joined in the laughing. Of course, Evelyn still did feel bad for leaving the others back in Jhoto, without telling them that she was going to Alola instead of Hoenn. They probably thought she was in Hoenn right now... But hey! New region, new start.
Evelyn and Valerie had both decided to come to Alola, after telling each other about their dreams. Their dreams were incredibly similar. And they felt like they were calling them to Alola. Yes... Alola had to be right. It FELT right. All the other regions sent off these negative vibes, but Alola... It felt like a weight being lifted off the two girls' shoulders.
"You said something about guardian deities?" Evelyn asked Valerie, looking at the ocean.
Valerie nodded.
"Four of them. One for each island. Poni Island has Tapu Fini, Ula'Ula has Tapu Bulu, Akala has Lele, and MeleMele has Tapu Koko."
Upon hearing the names of the guardian deities, something sparked in Evelyn. She remembered something from her dreams. A pokemon, crying out in agony, followed by darkness swallowing up the water, turning into an ocean of darkness. She saw plants wilting, wailing pokemon, and purple sludge. Purple sludge everywhere.
Evelyn blinked. She thought about telling Valerie, but decided against it. She just wanted some time to unwind and relax after all that happened to her and Rotom in Jhoto. The memory did alarm her, but she really didn't want to bring it up. Not now.
Rotom, however, was very worried for Evelyn. They had been together for 8 years, and told each other everything, and did everything together. But after what happened in Jhoto, it felt like their friendship was scarred. A long cut that can't heal. That wont heal. Rotom secretly blamed Tiger for it. For it all. He secretly resented that kid. Ho-Oh and those Team Rocket morons were after Tiger. And after what happened in ecruteak...
I hope I never see him again. Rotom thought to himself. Okay, that was a bit harsh. He did save me... Twice.
Valerie was happy to be going back to her home region. She had gone to Jhoto because she felt there was something she needed to do there... She knew now. She needed to get something. Needed to get someONE. And that someone was Evelyn. How could it not be her? They both had the same dreams, and despite being bitter enemies in the beginning, they found they worked really well together. Rotom, Brionne and Pookie, Evelyn's Pyukumuku, all got along really well. Although, it was taking Valerie's Pidgeot, Alex, quite a long time to open up to Rotom and Pookie. Especially Rotom.
Rotom and Alex had a huge rivalry. They would bicker back and fourth, spitting insults at each other. This often ended in a fight, in which Alex would always win.
A few minutes later, the ferry docked at the Hau'oli marina. Evelyn, Rotom, and Valerie all got off the ferry.
"Welcome to Alola!" Valerie said to her friend.
Evelyn looked around in awe. It was even more beautiful up close!
Tall buildings laced the streets, people and pokemon ran around, laughing and talking with eachother happily. The streets were clean and shiny, Evelyn couldn't see any litter at all. It was gorgeous.
"Incredible..." Rotom gasped. Evelyn nodded, her eyes wide.
"This isn't even half of it." Valerie said, walking in front of Evelyn. She spun around and looked at her, grinning. "Let's go! I wanna introduce you to the professor, and then when can do some sightseeing!"
"The professor?" Evelyn and Rotom asked in unison.
Valerie nodded.
"Professor Kukui. He studies pokemon moves. He's a cool guy!"
"Oh. Well, let's go then!" Evelyn said.
The two girls ran off down the street, Rotom following close behind.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Evelyn and Valerie ran down a dirt path, Rotom still tagging along behind them.
Evelyn looked around as she ran. Flowers of many different colors specked the grass running along the path. Pokemon that Evelyn had never seen before ran through the grass, collecting berries and other foods. All the pokemon seemed to be working together.
"This is amazing..." Evelyn said, her eyes sparkling.
"Alola is beautiful, isn't it?" Valerie asked, picking a blue flower and putting it in her hair. "Pokemon in Alola are naturally inclined to help others out if needed. It's like they've built their own little community."
"Beautiful doesn't even begin to describe it..." Rotom Muttered, waving at a group of passing Pokemon.
The group skidded to a halt when two pokemon ran out onto the path. They were small and dog-like. They had wide, baby blue eyes, Fluffy curled tails, and smooth, light brown fur. There were stones poking out of their neck fur.
"What kind of pokemon is that?" Evelyn asked Valerie.
"Rockruff." Valerie responded, kneeling down to meet the pokemon. She reached out and pet one, and it barked happily. "They're very friendly pokemon."
Evelyn pet the other one.
"They are very friendly..."
"The professor has a Rockruff." Valerie said. "He's a sweet little thing..." The girl stood up, and the two Rockruff ran off. "We should get going."
Evelyn nodded, and the two continued down the path. Rotom was now nestled in Evelyn's arms.
They walked in silence for a while, until Valerie ran ahead, standing on a grassy ledge. Evelyn walked over, and looked ahead.
There was a sandy beach down below, crystal clear water surrounding it. Corsola played in the shallow waters, and Wingull flew around the serene area, carrying berries and sticks to bring back to their young, and to make nests in the giant palm trees. There was a mountain nearby, pointed rocks stuck up out of the ground around the entrance.
In the middle of the beach, stood a small building.
"That's the professor's lab." Valerie said, pointing at it.
"Looks more like a shack than a lab." Rotom sneered.
Valerie laughed.
"That's probably because he wrecks the place rough housing with his pokemon!"
Evelyn joined in the laughing.
"He DOES sound like a cool guy!"
Valerie grabbed Evelyn's hand.
"Come on! Let's go!"
The two jumped off the ledge, and Rotom just hovered down. The two trainers ran across the beach, kicking up sand. They ran up the wooden steps, and Valerie knocked on the door.
The two girls waited for a while, until they heard a female voice call out: "Hold on, I'm coming!"
Evelyn and Valerie watched as the door creaked open. They were soon faced with a girl, about their height, wearing a large white hat and a white dress. She had emerald green eyes, and long blonde hair. She had a large zip-up bag.
"Oh. Hello." Valerie said. "Who are you?"
"O-oh..." The girl murmured, looking at her feet. "M-my name is Lillie... I'm the professor's assistant.."
Valerie put her hands on her hips and grinned.
"So the professor has an assistant now, eh?"
Lillie nodded, smiling nervously.
"Is the professor here now?" Evelyn asked.
Lillie shook her head.
"No, he's not, sorry. He went to Iki town, there's a boy starting his journey today, and he went to go get his first Pokemon. The professor's accompanying him."
"Oh. That's okay. We'll go meet him in Iki town then. Thanks!" Valerie said.
"O-oh, it's nothing, really!" Lillie said, waving her hands in front of her face.
"Oops! We never introduced ourselves!" Evelyn said, gasping. "My name is Evelyn, and this is my partner Rotom!"
Rotom waved.
"Nice to meet ya!" He squeaked.
Lillie jumped back.
"O-oh! You can.. You can.. Talk?"
Rotom nodded, giggling.
"Evelyn taught me how to speak english!"
"Well.. That's.. Interesting.." Lillie whispered, smiling nervously. Evelyn scratched the back of her head, laughing. She looked at Lillie, and could've sworn that she saw her bag move.
Valerie grinned.
"And i'm Valerie!"
"It's was nice to meet both of you.." Lillie said.
"Ditto!" Valerie said. "Cya!"
"Goodbye!" Evelyn said.
The two girls then turned around, and ran off.
"She's weird." Rotom said. Evelyn gave him a stern look.
"Rotom, don't be rude. She's probably just shy."
"I thought she was really sweet." Valerie said. "The professor is lucky to have such a nice girl as her assistant."
Evelyn nodded in agreement, and remembered the bag. It DID move. There's no way she was imagining that. There was something in there. But Evelyn had no idea what it was.
But whatever it was, it sure was mysterious. Maybe there was more to this Lillie girl than meets the eye.
And now that she remembers clear as day what happened in her dreams...
She began to feel uneasy.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A girl stepped into a large clearing, gripping two pokeballs in her hands. One of them was silver, and the other was a regular pokeball.
"Alright, where are you, you little troublemaker.." She muttered, sweat dripping down her forehead. The sun blazed overhead. It probably would've been smarter to come at night, but she had been stressing over this mission for months now, and wanted to get the job over and done with.
Silence.
Nothing but silence.
The girl began to feel agitated. She threw her pokeball up into the air, and a Crobat emerged in a burst of blue light.
"Musty, we've been training for this for months now. You know what to do." The girl said to the pokemon.
The Crobat, nicknamed Musty, nodded, and closed his eyes. he flew around in circles for a few moments, before his eyes snapped open, and he shot a sludge bomb into some trees.
"Found you." The girl whispered, smirking.
A pokemon shot up out of the tree, and aimed a thunderbolt at Musty, who quickly dodged, and shot off another sludge bomb.
The pokemon blocked the sludge bomb, and flung an electro ball at Musty. The Crobat got hit, and fell to the ground. The spirals in his eyes indicated that he'd been knocked out. The power of the move was outstanding!
It's even stronger than I thought... Those defense investments did nothing! The girl thought to herself. She recalled Musty to his pokeball, and watched as the strange pokemon flew off towards the ruins.
