So idk what to call this really? I guess we could just go with what I put as the thread title or something h-
Anyway, first chapter

Jenny was minding her own business like most space flyers at this time, typing things in on her ship's keyboard and just generally having a nice, leisurely test flight in space.
"It's such a beautiful...day? Night? ....Galaxy! I'm glad Mom let me go ahead and test my ship." she giggled to herself. Her mother was iffy about whether or not it would be a good idea for Jenny to test flight her newly built ship, even if she helped Jenny build it herself. But after many days of constant begging, bringing it up into unrelated conversations, and the normal whiny teenager routine, Nora finally let her daughter try it out.
So far, it was going smoothly! Jenny wasn't out of gas (yet) and she hadn't bumped into any space debris or other ships. Kicking back, Jenny watched the stardust fly by, sighing contently.
"Man, nothing could ruin this trip."
But of course, she spoke much too soon, because after closing her eyes and preparing for relaxation, the ship was hit!
Yelping, Jenny stumbled from the chair, going to the ship's monitor.
"Asteroids?! Why now?!"
Groaning, Jenny tried to steer her ship to safety, dodging as many asteroids as she could, with varying levels of success.
Before she could get the lasers equipped, the ship took a bad hit on the top, causing it to descend deeper into space.
Jenny screamed, trying to veer it in a safe direction, if there was a safe direction!
Suddenly, Lady Luck seemed to return from her bathroom break, because Jenny soon spotted a planet approaching!
"Oh, thank Jobs! I have to land there." Even if there aren't any English speakers, anywhere is good! She just needs to fix her ship so she can get home.
Trying with all of her might, Jenny steered the ship towards the planet as good as she could, sometimes having to physically lean against the ship to get it to turn in a good direction.
Eventually, she passed by the sun, and felt overwhelming relief. Almost there! As she entered the atmosphere, she saw a nice little shopping plaza come into view.
But before she could ramble internally about how she'd love to shop there, she had to focus on landing at least a bit safely!
She tried and tried...and crashed behind a large, menacing factory.
The ship, a huge smoking mass of metal, attracted the attention of a few robots that were slacking of--I mean, taking a break outside.
They gave each other a wide one-eyed stare, before running over to the ship.
When something came out, they flinched back, getting into comedic ninja stances, until they saw a familiar shine of metal.
"Wha? A robot?" one asked.
"What's goin' on, here..?" the other replied.
Jenny, staring at the two, blinked, before looking up at the factory in both awe and fear.
"Wha...I should be asking that.." she mumbled, before shaking out of her trance and looking at the two other robots.
"...Um...Hi! I'm XJ-9, but a lot of people call me Jenny." she starts nervously as the two robots stare at her.
"I'm Ernesto." They say at the same time, confusing her. They're the same robot? Well, maybe their creator just makes a lot of backups for their robots. Jenny nods, smiling.
"I see, nice to meet you, uh...Ernesto?" She laughed a bit awkwardly, "Um, by any chance, do you guys have a leader?"
Jenny smiled in relief as the two nod. "Great! Can you take me to him? ..Or her?"
Ernesto #1 looked at Ernesto #2, before they both nodded, but before Jenny could say thank you, they roughly grabbed her by the arms, dragging her inside.
"Wha--hey!"
But she had to force herself to stop talking. She wanted to gain their trust, since maybe that'd lead to her ship being fixed faster, and her departure being sooner. Besides, maybe these robots didn't know how to be..gentle? She didn't know. She's making excuses at this point, really..
Whilst the two were dragging Jenny along to presumably where their boss was, she was observing this factory. It was huge, with many different types of robots doing different jobs. Some of these robots also had multiple selves, which was weird, but hey, she wouldn't judge.
Passing by what was presumably their proper break room, she saw a couple of them drinking...was it water? Or gasoline, or...
Eh, whatever. It didn't really matter anyway. They seemed to be approaching the boss' room anyway.
They stopped in front of a big brown door, which...someone seemed to be yelling with a couple of other voices mixed in, inside of the room. Jenny felt a bit nervous, but didn't comment, glancing at one of the Ernestos as the other knocked on the door. The yelling instantly stopped and there was eventually a quiet, "Come in."
The Ernestos opened the door, and Jenny blinked at the variety of the room's occupants. And blushed at another.
One of the robots was single-eyed, like Ernesto, but he was lanky, skinny, and red. He also had a brain dome on his head. When he saw Jenny looking, he glared at her a bit, to which she raised a brow, examining the other two more quickly.
This next robot was the only feminine one she saw in this place. Her head reminded Jenny of an orange, and she was in fact orange, with a more curvy figure. Meanwhile, the one next to her, was the one Jenny suddenly had a light infatuation for.
He was taller than the former two robots, and despite his..pointier face, he was gorgeous. Well, to Jenny, since she's overly hormonal around cute boys. He actually had hair, and had a more "muscular" build to his green body. Wow, what a guy...
"Um, hello? I'm speaking to you, girl!" Suddenly, a hand blocked her view of her newest admiration subject.
"Huh? O-Oh! I'm sorry!"
The man in front of her glared, "Yes, well you should be." He cleared his throat, and Jenny only noticed a few things about his appearance. The other half of his face, his hair, and his talon-like hand.
"S-So! Are you the creator of all these stunning robots?" She smiled. Even if she was exaggerating a teensy bit.
"Why, yes, I am~ But who are you, space invader? You're not...slimy or misshapen like other space invaders we've gotten. AND, And, you're a robot to boot."
"My name is Jenny, but, well, my model name is XJ-9, and my ship crashed onto your planet while I was running a test flight--"
"Yes, yes, very interesting. But why are you here to see me? I only care about that part, really." He totally brushed off Jenny's explanation, which annoyed her but she didn't dwell on it, smiling a bit at hi,
"Well, I was hoping that maybe you could help me repair my ship so I can go back home. My mom might be worried, and I need to--"
"What, be back in time for beddy-bye?" The girl robot teased, making the other two chuckle a bit. Jenny frowned. These people were seeming less helpful than she thought, now..Keep it together, Jenny. It's to get home.
"I just really need to get home."
"And what's in it for me if I help you?"
Jenny flinched, somewhat hoping they wouldn't ask that. But, straightening up, she gave a semi-confident smile.
"I'll go ahead and work here for you to repay the debt. A little bit of labor shouldn't be too small to pay you off for doing this, right?"
The man made a small sound of interest, raising his brows, "Well, I suppose I could use a bit of help around here....wait, what'd you say you did for a living again?"
Thinking nothing of this question, she simply answered: "I protect my planet from both Earth and Space threats."
At this, the five robots in the room gasped, "A HERO!" and just like that, they all armed their weapons, drawing closer in case she tried attacking.
"You're a HERO?!" The man seemed just as shocked, eyes widening as Jenny looked around the room nervously, at all the threatening faces. They shouldn't be this worried unless..
"You're VILLAINS?!" Jenny gasped, and despite her situation, suddenly regretted having a small crush on the green one. Not like it went away anyway, though.
"What, it wasn't OBVIOUS enough for you?" The man cackled and his robots joined him as Jenny realized how bad her situation was. Glaring at everyone as they calmed down, she easily wrestled from the Ernestos' grip on her, crossing her arms.
"No, not at all, but now that I know this, I can't accept your help." She turned to leave until she heard him laugh lowly at her. Turning back, this villain was giving her a smug look.
"You know, even if I am a gloriously evil villain, if you don't accept my help, there might be no one else around who could help you like I could." He stepped closer and Jenny stared at him, slightly surprised. No one? He must be bluffing.
Seeing her disbelief, he grinned, "It's true, though. I have more knowledge of technology than anyone in the immediate vicinity. Even if you wanted to ask a hero for help, they might try to attack you, since I've kind of given Robots a bad name around here. What with them basically being my sla--I mean, children~"
As if on emphasis, the robots all gathered around their father, giving Jenny a victoriously smug look. She stared, then hesitantly looked towards the door. Should she risk talking with other heroes that might not even hear her out? Or should she forget her purpose and work with a villain for the time being...?
"Hey, you better hurry up, or I'll have the Jethros throw you out." the man snapped.
"You definitely don't want that." the red one said, grumbling.
The robo-teen sighed, looking at the man again, "If I work for you, you'd better fix my ship, and once it's done, you'd better let me leave. I won't hesitate to take drastic measures if you don't comply." She held out a hand. The man grinned, shaking it.
"Sure, why not~?" he chuckled as Jenny glared at him. Looking up at the robots, they glared back, and her face fell in nervousness. Are these guys gonna be her bosses, too? But Jenny didn't have time to think about it before the Ernestos slipped cleaning supplies into her arms, rolling a janitor's bucket to her.
"What the--I thought I was doing labor!"
"This is a form of labor, idiot." The green one spoke. Jenny may be miffed, but, man. His voice was smooth as butter. But she didn't have time to dwell on it as her new main boss pushed her out slowly.
"Off you go! You have a lot of leaks to clean up in the restrooms." He said in a sing-songy voice. Jenny's pigtails lowered in annoyance as she nods, walking begrudgingly.
"Can I at least know the names of the people I'm serving for the time being?" Jenny looked at all of them, some of them groaned but the man held a hand up to silence them, looking at them expectantly.
"I'm Darrell, I guess." The red one said, scratching his head.
"I'm Shannon. Better not forget it. Oh, and I need you to clean my room for me after you're done with leaks, loser." The orange one grinned as Jenny grimaced. She didn't like Shannon so far.
"I'm Raymond. That's really all. Oh, and try not to stare so much. You might mess up, plus, it's kind of creepy." Crap, he noticed her staring. Jenny blushed, nodding awkwardly, looking at her boss, who was at his desk reading....villain bikini magazines?
"Daddy!" Shannon called.
"W-What? Oh, sorry, forgot about her," he puts the magazines in a drawer presumably filled with them, and Jenny gagged mentally. Gross old perv.
After clearing his throat, he leaned forward, "And I'm Lord Boxman, your official and number 1 boss." he grinned menacingly as the robot girl glared at him intensely.
"I hope you enjoy your stay at Boxmore, Ms. Jenny."
