So I was being me Listening to music from Legend of Dark Witch 2
And then it popped up in my head I remembered that I had a thought
A thought that the soundtrack would fit oddly well in a Pokemon game
Just have a listen
It's kinda like it could be the opening theme of a Pokemon game, right?
So imma just post music from LoDW 2 and give my own thoughts on what they'd be used for if they were in a Pokemon game I might even make designs for the characters from the game in Pokemon style, who knows?

So I can see this being maybe like The intro to the game Like, after the title screen "intro"
Where you actually start the game and have the opening cutscene? I used to think it'd be a Route 1 song but it's honestly too repetitive
Not all the songs from the OST are on this channel but meh
Now this is the song that'd be your friend/rival, Sola's theme (not from the old Pokemon RP, the Sola from Dark Witch-)
I think it'd fit, especially considering that most rivals nowadays are friendly Very nice atmosphere

Also, the title of the song is frickin "Girl's Dreams" If that doesn't seem fitting for a Pokemon rival, idk what is

Now we come to the first town But the theme wouldn't come in until you actually entered I say that because while there'd be houses above ground, the actual town is actually underground
It's a very technology-invention-science heavy town that, thanks to the Gym Leader and the many good scientists she has there, managed to be taken and thrive mostly underground
It was more of an experimental choice, but it could help in cases like catastrophic disasters, and since they know how to support the town and keep the ground above from caving in, it's a kind of advanced town that's working on becoming a city
The Gym Leader uses Electric Types despite the good opportunity to use Ground or Rock, but that's simply because the Electric Types are more useful in helping the town thrive and they helped the town get this far
Besides, she just likes them more
Her team consists of a Level 9 Elekid and Mareep, and a Level 10 Pikachu
You'll get a "Spark Badge" after beating her

Next is the second town This one is a Japanese styled town, mixed with both modern and traditional styles It's a very lively town that likes having festivals at night and relaxing during the day
The Gym Leader of this town is a retired veteran who fought in the "Pokemon War", much like Lt. Surge, and she just enjoys sitting under the cherry blossom trees with a small cup of saké and her parasol
She actually doesn't have a Gym, more like a "Battle Area" where challengers can fight with her in front of a crowd. She prefers nighttime challengers to get a more lively reaction from the spectators.
She uses Fighting Types, and her team consists of a Level 14 Tyrogue and Mienfoo, and a Level 16 Makuhita
You'll get a "Warrior Badge" after beating her

The third town is a very nice and classy place, like something you may find in Venice or Paris It's got a very regal and nice atmosphere to it, and it's a bit more modern than either of the other towns before it
The most noticeable thing about this town is the large library that's supposedly the most famous in this area
The Gym Leader here is a bit of a ditzy clutz, and is actually the youngest Gym Leader besides the first
Despite this, she's gifted in knowledge of magic and how to use it (In this world, a material called Syega is used to help humans use magic. People sometimes use this to fight alongside or work alongside Pokemon) and even managed to land a job at the most elite government library despite her age and ditzy nature
She uses Psychic Types, and her team consists of a level 19 Munna and Natu, and a level 22 Kirlia
You'll get a "Mystic Badge" after defeating her

Now we reach town four, which was actually built in a cave! Man, these places are very.. unique locations for building cities. At least it's nice and damp.
The reason for this is that there are a ton of magic users in this town, and for that reason, they inhabited a cave that could provide enough Syega for their town to thrive on. They're constantly finding more as it just kinda forms by itself, so it's a great town.
The Gym Leader is actually a robotic girl powered by Syega. When the daughter of the old Gym Leader died, her soul was transferred into a new body, built specifically for her. Now she's part of the army due to her extreme knowledge and strength
But, since there's no visible reason for war, she is taking over as Gym Leader for now.
She uses Rock Types, and her team consists of a level 26 Graveler and Omanyte, and a Level 30 Lileep
You'll get a "Syega Badge" after defeating her

Now we reach a southern town, in a place called Pasta Sandlands. Huh.
This place isn't actually as crazy as the theme makes it out to probably be, but the Gym Leader sure is.. special.
Y'see, she really likes drinking She makes little concoctions she usually drinks because they taste good and make her feel nice and free
Usually you can catch her in her lab Probably not doing work and just eating macaroni and cheese
She uses Ground Types at the moment since she's doing experiments on the sand, and her team consists of a level 35 Sandslash and Gliscor, and a Level 38 Krokorok
Usually she passes out after battle and sleeps, so her Pokemon heal themselves and reward you the "Sandy Badge" upon defeating her.
If you battle her later, she uses Poison Types, her Second Favorite type at the moment, but don't rematch til you beat the League at least once.

Next up, we come to a city known for its gangs Most of which inhabit Myrant Street, which is unfortunately where the Gym is located.
(May not be as high quality, sorry-)
Though after battling through multiple gang members who believe you're there to do something heinous, you eventually find out that the Gym Leader is actually the gang's leader!
As soon as she finds out you're here for a battle, she scolds her gang members for potentially scaring off challengers, and accepts your battle invitation
She uses Steel Types, and her team consists of a level 45 Klang and Skarmory, and a Level 49 Steelix
You'll get the "Slasher Badge" after defeating her

This next village is a quaint, slightly eerie place, the most noticeable thing being the giant mansion at the edge of the village. A lot of people say it's haunted.
Truth is, the Gym Leader actually lives there, and she's actually managed to tame all of the ghost Pokemon living there. But they don't really like visitors.
Her Gym is also in the mansion, but unlike most gyms so far, hers actually includes a harder puzzle: trying to decipher illusions from reality.
Since she has unusual psychic powers, she can make illusions, which seems to be her main gimmick
After finding her, she shoos the Ghost Pokemon that haven't been added as part of her team out, and the battle begins
Obviously she uses Ghost type Pokemon, and her team consists of a level 54 Banette and Chandelure, and a Level 58 Dusknoir
You'll get the "Illusionist Badge" after defeating her

The last town is in a peaceful-ish forest, and it's a very relaxing and nice place.
Contrary to the Gym Leader's actual behavior, the town itself is very nice and calm, with somewhat playful inhabitants that like performing tricks
You'll find the Gym Leader doing acrobatics in the trees, and actually realize she's a Beast Man Beast Men are another type of humanoid species, they look human, yet have animalistic features like claws, fur, etc. Depending on the species, of course
So, being a mischievous Beast, she challenges you to a game of Hide and Seek in the Trees before you can fight her
Afterwards, the battle begins
She uses Flying Types, and her team consists of a level 64 Pidgeot and Crobat, and a Level 68 Emogla
You'll get the "Sky-high Badge" after defeating her

After reading all the town descriptions and listening to their themes, you're probably thinking "Okay, that's great, but what about the battle theme?"
Gotcha covered Definitely the best fit for a Pokemon Battle, eh? Especially a Gym Battle
