Welcome to the TGIP bank! Loans, debts, payments, all here!
When you open a shop, send us the fine! If you need a loan, do the following;
1.) PM me (and, if you want it done quicker, a mod or Charm) with the amount of money you need and any other information you think you need to determine if you qualify for a loan.
2.) I (or a Staff member) will validate if your loan is worth doing. It most likely will be, and if it is, we will give you the amount you need to give us by a certain date, as a debt. The debt amount will generally be 110% of what you borrowed (that plus 10% extra), and the time will be determined by how much you take out. The time usually is in between one to three months.
3.) If your loan is valid and you agree to the amount of debt and the date it is due, we will give you the money! Make sure to pay what you borrowed back within the time (via donation), or there will be consequences. We remember the dates!
Example: Maggie wants to buy a store, which costs $300, but doesn't have enough money. She decides to go to the bank for loan help, and we approve and give her a month to get $330 (the amount plus 10% interest), and she does! She gets to buy the store!
But, on the other hand, Sarah doesn't. She failed to pay her money that she borrowed back to the bank. The money she owes is now doubled, she is not allowed to buy or sell anything from the store, and she has restrictions which don't allow her to vote or use the shoutbox. Sorry this is so harsh—it's what we do.
To Pay Money to the Bank-
1.) Give us the money (and the reason why) via donation, and we will respond. If you already did, then we pay you back. But, normally we will accept the money.
The money can be given in small installments (maybe $25 a week to pay a debt of $100 by the end of your month) or in one big mothership donation (like $330 in one sitting).
Example: Sam opens up a store. He sends us a donation of $300 with a message saying "Here is the money for my new shop," and the Staff make his new shop.
Rules
-Pay your debts on time!
-Don't pay us less than what was agreed on. Don't trick us, we cannot be tricked.
-Don't argue about how we are not fair.
-Don't include us in PMs unrelated to money issues, no matter HOW IMPORTANT THEY ARE.
-Have fun.
