It's 1:20 in the morning and I can't sleep. I've been having trouble sleeping for about a week. I'm seriously crying because I've been laying in my bed for 3 hours doing nothing. Should I just five up and stay up all night? I'm paranoid that I'm not getting enough sleep...

My sister Lovelin has the same problem. Yesterday she stayed awake until 6 AM. I got mad at her. Insomnia is hard. Have you tried sleeping pills or relaxing music?

I'm not sure if I have insomnia since it's only been this summer I've had problems, I think it could be the lack of routine. My mom won't let me have sleeping pills and relaxing music doesn't help at all.
