I'll just sit here, gutted that I couldn't go to Slam Dunk. From what I heard, I believe you have to be sixteen?
Ugh.

I'm especially irked as PVRIS went last year, and they were literally in a twenty minute distance from mE IT WAS SO UNREAL.
I can't even go to Reading as I'm on holiday.

I sort of just need to post this. I guess it gives you an insight into The 100 fandom on Tumblr. Whether that's a good thing, I'll leave you to decide.
-
lexa-gifs: I don’t know what to do now. I’ll decide what the f*ck I’m gonna do about this blog when I’m feeling a little more stable. All I can do is tell you all not to watch, cut their ratings in half, show them that writers are not allowed to get away with queerbaiting and killing off queer female characters. Have a good night, stay safe.
crimson deified: IT’S NOT FUCKING QUEER BAITING. THEY DIDN’T KILL HER OFF BECAUSE SHE WAS QUEER FFS. IT WAS PART OF THE PLOT. JESUS CHRIST.
lexa-gifs: It’s lesbophobic because they drew in queer viewers to get their ratings up, and when they were happy they kicked the chair from under us. It’s lesbophobic because they knew Lexa’s important as a lesbian character and the effect she has, but they killed her anyway.
It’s lesbophobic because ever since she was introduced, Lexa revealed she has never been happy since Costia’s death, and as soon as she is finally happy and at peace with her emotions, she is killed.
It’s lesbophobic because whilst Finn’s death was shocking it made sense, whilst Lexa’s didn’t.
It’s lesbophobic because she was known as a great warrior, she was killed by a stray bullet, and this would never happen to a straight character.
It’s lesbophobic because as soon as she served her purpose of fucking the main character and drawing in millions of viewers, she was killed.
It’s lesbophobic because there’s always been a history dating back hundreds of years of gay characters being killed off, the writers knew this and did it anyway.
It’s lesbophobic because Jasper survived a spear through the chest, but Lexa couldn’t survive a bullet in the stomach.
It’s lesbophobic because queer girls don’t get happy endings.

I understand that females and other races are treated like sh*t in television shows/films, but can we just open our eyes to how the LGBTQ+ community is treated in the media?
Take a look at Lexa, for example. And I'm sure there's copious more shows and films that fucking queer-bait.

I truly am sick to the stomach after discovering what happened in the Pulse nightclub in Orlando, Florida. Sending love to Orlando and the LGBTQ+ community.
